Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-16

This page explains when a refund is available for a Bloom purchase, and how cancellation works for Care subscriptions.

1. Bloom Website (one-time purchase)

The Bloom Website is a one-time purchase, paid in full before work begins. The initial website Bloom delivers from your brief is the purchased deliverable — no revision or modification round is included after that delivery. Any subsequent changes or additional work are handled as a separate, priced request, subject to agreement. Full payment terms are in our Terms of Service.

A refund is available only if requested before work has started. Once work has started, the Website purchase is non-refundable. This contractual condition doesn't remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

2. Bundles (Website + Care, together)

A bundle combines a one-time Bloom Website purchase and a Care, Care Plus, or Managed subscription in a single purchase, at a discount on that subscription's first year. Each component of a bundle is governed by the section that already covers it on its own — the Website by "Bloom Website (one-time purchase)" above, and the subscription by "Care, Care Plus, and Managed (subscriptions)" below.

3. Care, Care Plus, and Managed (subscriptions)

Care, Care Plus, and Managed are optional, separately billed subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

  • You can cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, not immediately.
  • There is no refund for the current billing period, whether monthly or annual.
  • Access to the subscribed Care services remains available until the end of the already-paid period.
  • After cancellation, the subscription does not renew for the next period.

If a recurring payment fails, payment attempts continue until payment succeeds, subject to our payment processor Paddle's own retry mechanisms. If payment remains unsuccessful, the relevant Care services enter a grace period while we work with you to resolve payment — continued access to those services during that time is not guaranteed, and this applies equally to Care, Care Plus, and Managed. Any resulting suspension applies to the Care services themselves, not automatically to the underlying published website.

4. How to request a refund or cancel
